Wider Opportunities Clubs at Holy Family
Holy Family offer a wide variety of Wider Opportunities clubs. We are very lucky to have teamed up with Premier Education who will be providing a number of clubs that are run by trained experts. Some clubs are also run by our dedicated members of school staff. There is sure to be a club that suits everyone!
Just because the school day is done, it doesn’t mean the fun should stop.
Across the country, Premier Education runs thousands of Play Active clubs every day; it’s the perfect way for children to build confidence, burn energy and learn new skills.
Our after-school sessions feature a huge range of sports and games, from classic favourites to brand new experiences we are sure they will love. Each coach has received high quality training to make sure that every session is educational, and every child feels included.
What are the dates and times for the Wider Opportunities clubs?
Clubs run everyday of the week - for an up to date timetable of what clubs are available please contact our school office at admin@holyfamily.swindon.sch.uk.
How much does it cost?
There is a non-refundable charge of £30 per child per club i.e. £3 per session
How do I book a wider opportunities club?
An email has been sent to all parents stating the dates and times of each club. Each club will have a limited number of places.
Parents will be notified by a text only if your child has a place for their chosen club and asking payment of £30 via Parentpay prior to the start date of the club.
Other Information
Children should show the same respect and levels of behaviour in clubs that is expected during the school day.
The club should not be used as chlidcare provision as if the club had to be cancelled at short notice the school is not obliged to find alternative provision that day.
It is essential that all pupils are collected safely and on time when clubs have finished or have permission to walk/cycle home. Only Y5/Y6 are allowed to walk/cycle home.
